The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Leakage Team Leader to lead a team of Leakage Technicians across the Basingstoke area. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong leakage detection experience who enjoys leading from the front, developing people, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
As a key member of the operational team, you will be responsible for coordinating daily field activities, supporting and mentoring technicians, driving performance, and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining technical expertise with strong people management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and support a team of Leakage Technicians, ensuring daily objectives and performance targets are achieved.
- Act as the first point of contact for your team, providing technical guidance and day-to-day operational support.
- Foster a positive, high-performing team culture focused on safety, quality and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and oversee daily leakage detection activities, ensuring work is completed efficiently and in accordance with company procedures.
