Programme Planning & Controls
- Develop and maintain Primavera P6 programmes for inspection, maintenance and improvement works.
- Produce integrated project schedules aligned with operational requirements.
- Monitor programme performance against key milestones and deliverables.
- Support programme baseline management and change control processes.
- Identify and monitor critical path activities.
- Assist with schedule risk assessments and programme analysis.
Operational Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate planning activities across engineering, inspection and operational teams.
- Plan access requirements including traffic management and lane closures.
- Coordinate bridge closures, possessions and specialist access arrangements.
- Assist with sequencing works to maximise efficiency and minimise disruption.
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and resource constraints.
- Support integration with National Highways and third-party programmes.
Contract & Commercial Support
- Support NEC4-compliant programme submissions.
- Assist with Early Warnings and Compensation Event assessments.
- Provide schedule information to support project and commercial teams.
Reporting & Governance
- Produce look-ahead plans and progress reports.
- Support development of planning dashboards and management reports.
- Participate in planning meetings and stakeholder reviews.
- Communicate programme status and emerging risks effectively.
- Support governance, assurance and audit requirements.
Essential Requirements
- Experience using Primavera P6 within construction, engineering or infrastructure projects.
- Understanding of programme controls, scheduling principles and critical path analysis.
- Experience working within highways, civil engineering, maintenance or infrastructure environments.
- Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
