- Experience dealing with customer experience for small to enterprise accounts.
- Previous experience as an account manager for post sales.
- Building relationships with stakeholders at fortune 100 companies.
- Account management of a large volume of accounts and guiding customers through the customer experience journey.

An exciting opportunity is on offer for an Account Manager to work for a well-established SaaS business building a cloud native platform with a start-up feel, on a fully remote basis in the UK. The chosen Account Manager will be involved in the customer care at the post sale stage. You must be comfortable giving demos, creating quotations and have extensive experience liaising with Solution engineers, CSM's and professional service people.
As an Account Manager, you will ideally have a working knowledge of Citrix, VMware and other VDI technologies. Experience with tools like Zoom, Splunk, Salesforce, Outreach. The chosen Account Manager will help improve the customer experience and help to retain a volume of subscriptions of the product. There is a huge opportunity for an Account Manager to progress quickly within this business.
