Responsibilities
- Perform speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
- Treat communication, cognitive‑linguistic, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Provide dysphagia management and patient/caregiver education.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, PT, OT, and case management.
- Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Location: Darlington, SC
- Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility / Post‑Acute Rehab
- Discipline: Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP)
