Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Long Term Acute Care Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Gordon, Nebraska.

The role covers acute care and swing bed rehab with a 40-hour week, day shifts, for 13 weeks, starting 09/21/2026.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop plans focused on mobility and safe discharge, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including physicians, nursing, OT, SLP, and case management.

EMR documentation and patient education are required.
