The Role
A new Onboarding team member will act as the architect of the customer's first “aha!” moment, helping enterprises move like small companies by turning fragmented data into a living, connected digital twin. The goal is to move clients from documentation to decision intelligence, delivering measurable value from Ardoq in weeks, not years.
US Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 per annum.
What You’ll Do
- Lead technical workshops, helping customers map their core systems and processes into Ardoq.
- Translate a client’s IT landscape into a clean, automated metamodel, revealing hidden dependencies.
- Collaborate with the Onboarding team to refine delivery playbooks, ensuring they remain cloud-native and AI-driven.
- Sync with Sales, Services, Product, and Customer Success to ensure the Customer Value Plan begins during onboarding and becomes a long-term reality.
