Why this role matters
Great customer outcomes don’t happen by accident. They’re built through clear standards, strong enablement and teams who know exactly what good looks like. As our Enablement Lead you’ll design and scale the programs, certifications and delivery kits that help our Professional Services teams and partners onboard customers confidently and consistently. This role sits at the centre of how we scale. You’ll translate expert knowledge into practical learning journeys and repeatable assets that support high touch, low touch and tech touch delivery models. Your work will directly impact time to value, delivery quality, partner readiness and long term customer success. If you enjoy turning complexity into clarity and building systems that help others perform at their best, this is a role where you’ll make a real difference.
On a typical day, you will:
- Design and evolve enablement programs and certifications for Services teams and partners across different delivery tiers.
- Build clear delivery kits, playbooks and templates that support repeatable high quality onboarding.
- Partner with Services, Partner and Customer Success teams to align enablement to real delivery needs.
- Track readiness and certification status and use data to improve effectiveness over time.
- Identify opportunities to use automation and AI to scale learning and simplify delivery enablement.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience designing enablement or learning programs in a SaaS services or partner environment.
- Strong ability to turn expert input into clear structured learning journeys and practical assets.
- Experience building or running certification frameworks and readiness models.
- Comfortable using data to assess effectiveness and continuously improve programs.
- Tech savvy with curiosity around digital learning tools, automation and AI.
