We’re on the hunt for a talented Client Services Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll work Monday to Friday, just 37.5 hours per week, no weekends or evenings! You will also be rewarded with all the great benefits of working with the UKs largest independent Insurance Brokers – Towergate Employee Benefits.
Our Client Services Specialists in Group Risk are the first point of contact, providing support to both our clients and providers to keep them updated and provide a market leading customer experience. You will gather all relevant data for each client / customer’s scheme renewal and assist with preparing information for our Employee Benefits Consultants.
So, what does the role of a Client Services Specialist here involve?
- Provide great customer service and support to our Employee Benefit Consultants, clients and insurers over the phone and by e-mail.
- Be the first point of contact for all client and insurer queries and proactively support with policy renewals and new business.
- Support with administration of scheme such as invoicing, accounts, claims, underwriting, rehabilitation support services and communication material.
- You will need to enjoy working in a team, we work hard, help and support each other and we’re driven to achieve all our team goals and objectives.
What are we looking for in our next Client Services Specialist?
- Customer Service and/or Administration experience within either Group Risk, Employee Benefits or Group Life is essential.
- Strong admin skills and proficient with Microsoft Office packages.
- Willing to learn and have a natural curiosity.
- Be positive, collaborative and resilient. No two days here are the same.
