Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Channel Management & Delivery
- Support the delivery across all digital marketing channels, including HubSpot, the website, and social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn), ensuring delivery is effective, compliant and consistent.
- Co-ordinate the day-to-day execution of digital marketing activity across email, web, and social channels.
- Ensure a high standard of quality, accuracy, and brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Support the ongoing development and optimisation of digital platforms as the business’s digital maturity grows.
- Campaign Execution & Management
- In partnership with the wider Marketing team and the Head of Digital Marketing, support the delivery of integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive commercial growth and pipeline development.
- Build, execute, and optimise campaigns across email and social channels using HubSpot and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Continuously test and refine digital marketing tactics to improve engagement, conversion, and overall effectiveness.
- Apply a data-driven approach to decision-making, ensuring activity is informed by performance insights.
- Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Co-ordinate the tracking, analysis, and reporting of digital marketing performance data using HubSpot, Google Analytics and LinkedIn Analytics & Campaign Manager.
- Use insight and analysis to make recommendations that improve future activity and support commercial objectives.
What you will bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role, with proven experience delivering multi-channel campaigns in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and trends, including SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (ideally HubSpot) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Exceptional project management skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach to working.
- Strong executional capability with attention to detail and high standards.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insight and action.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with colleagues.
- Adaptable and curious, with a desire to test, learn and improve.
Desirable:
- Qualification in Marketing/Digital Marketing, IDM or similar.
- Experience in insurance, reinsurance or financial services sector.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in digital marketing for a regulated industry.
