We are looking for an exceptionally organised individual who can offer an exemplary level of EA support to the CEO and CCO, operating as the pain point of contact and gateway for the CEO and CCO, creating efficiencies and time processes.
- Travel bookings and production of itineraries for travel
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties
- Ability to take on new projects and ensure they are completed to a high standard
- Proactive and flexible
- Min 8-10 years working as PA/E
- Relevant industry experience (Insurance Financial Services) market knowledge is essential
- Experience of booking of complex travel arrangements with contingency planning, visa and expense claiming
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and O365
