Account Executive - D&O/Cyber 1

Location: London/Hybrid (Typically 2/3 days in the office)

Purpose of the Role: Responsible for supporting, placing, and servicing to meet client needs, maintain client loyalty at renewal and encourage business growth.

Key Role Accountabilities:

• Assist brokers with renewals and new business opportunities
• Prepare formal quotes
• Preparation of MRC documentation
• Review and improve wordings if required
• Review regulatory requirements and ensure compliance
• Preparation of supporting documentation such as spreadsheets to track complex placements
• Ensure premiums and taxes are accurate
• Work with finance to ensure premiums are received and paid
• Load placements onto PPL
• Assist in tailoring solutions for clients and producers
• Manage allocated account list
• Maintain files and systems in accordance with the Price Forbes guidelines

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5 years experience in Directors and Officers/Cyber required
• Knowledge of the wider London, US and international D&O and Cyber environment, developments and make up
• Strong computer skills (Word/Excel/Broking Systems/PPL)

Person Specification:

• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Understanding of insurance regulatory environment
• Ability to multi task and manage a number of clients & projects at one time
• Organisational and time management skills
• Ability and willingness for continuous learning and training
