Do you have office-based customer service experience? We’re looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. You’ll work Monday to Friday, just 37.5 hours a week, with no weekends or evenings! No experience necessary, as we will provide full training. We offer a basic salary of up to £26,000 p/a. You’ll also enjoy benefits from working with the UK’s largest independent Insurance Brokers – Towergate Employee Benefits. Initially, you will work from our centrally located office in Southampton, with convenient transport links and a supportive team. Once confident and after training and probation, the role will become hybrid, allowing you to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home each week.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to Employee Benefit Consultants, clients, and insurers via phone and email.
- Be the first point of contact for client and insurer queries; support policy renewals and new business.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing, accounts, claims, and underwriting.
- Work collaboratively within a team, supporting each other to meet team goals.
