Join our team as an Events Coordinator and help plan and deliver memorable experiences for clients and guests across a wide range of functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage event enquiries and convert leads into bookings
  • Liaise with clients to understand and confirm event requirements
  • Coordinate event details with internal departments (kitchen, AV, operations)
  • Prepare accurate function sheets and distribute in a timely manner
  • Support clients throughout the planning process with professionalism and care
  • Conduct venue show rounds and upsell services where possible
  • Ensure smooth event delivery and handle client feedback on the day
  • Maintain booking systems and records of events and client preferences
  • Assist with post-event follow-up and invoicing
