We are looking for a skilled and personable Spa Therapist to provide high-quality treatments and exceptional customer service, helping guests relax, rejuvenate, and feel their best.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a variety of spa treatments such as massages, facials, body wraps, and beauty therapies
- Conduct consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in treatment rooms
- Ensure all treatments comply with health and safety regulations and company protocols
- Promote spa products and retail items to enhance guest experience and boost sales
- Manage appointment scheduling and client records accurately and confidentially
- Maintain a calm and welcoming environment to enhance guest relaxation
