Senior Production Operative – Ardo
Dedicated to supporting the Team Leader / Shift Manager with efficient line operation and supervisory duties. This role requires a Health & Safety Champion and a Good Manufacturing Practice Champion working on the Print floor, SCADA system, and packing lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Team Leader / Shift Manager for efficient line operation.
- Supervisory responsibilities for Production Operatives and Agency Staff.
- Champion Health & Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice.
- Operate SCADA system, perform general porter duties on packing lines.
- Maintain line and personal KPIs, ensuring product quality and eliminating non-conformances.
- Implement continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing techniques.
- Guide and coach staff, monitor performance and compliance.
- Collaborate with Engineering for preventative maintenance and breakdowns.
- Adhere to safe working practices and company policies.
- Escalate issues to Team Leader if unresolved.
