The role manages all day-to-day ordering, inbound scheduling with Transport Planning, and provides clear visibility of stock risks across the business. It also produces all OTIF performance reporting, offering operational insight into inbound supplier performance to support decision-making and service recovery.

Responsibilities

  • Replenishment: Own end-to-end ordering of all packed products and raw materials across frozen fruits, vegetables, and herbs from Group and external suppliers. Track and manage stock risks, including monitoring shortages, daily shortage lists, and ensuring inbound deliveries meet the current demand. Manage purchase order flow: reviewing requisitions, processing 3rd-party orders, monitoring supplier confirmations, chasing overdue receipts, and closing completed POs. Create and manage intercompany delivery plans and follow through on inbound load progression. Resolve transactional issues, including invoice discrepancies, supplier follow-ups, and return arrangements. Support customer-facing communication, liaising with Customer Services and Sales on availability and inbound timing. Align all inbound requirements to support long term production (packing) planning.
  • OTIF Monitoring and Reporting: Produce and distribute all OTIF performance reports, including daily/weekly/monthly, internally and to Group. Provide commentary and visibility on inbounds, highlighting shortages, delays, and service risks to key stakeholders. Feed operational insights into Master Planning, supporting accurate root-cause analysis and ongoing corrective actions.
  • Inbound Transport Scheduling: Work closely with Transport Planning and WH teams to coordinate all inbound loads. Maintain container booking and intercompany transfer files to ensure full visibility of inbound loads and to allow WH resource planning. Efficient planning and supplier communications to avoid all demurrage costs.
