This is a great opportunity for a construction solicitor who enjoys working closely with operational and commercial teams in a fast-paced environment and is ready to lead and develop a small team of junior solicitors and paralegals.

  • Advising on issues such as payment, delay, disruption, defects, variations, termination and insolvency
  • Helping develop legal processes, templates and internal best practice
  • Leading, mentoring and supporting a small team of junior solicitors and paralegals

What We’re Looking For: You will be a qualified solicitor in England and Wales with strong construction law experience gained in private practice and/or in-house. You will also bring strong experience across construction law, including both contract drafting and project support, and excellent knowledge of JCT Design.
