As the Quality Assurance Manager for one of our prestigious London based projects you’ll lead efforts in overseeing all quality related matters encompassing project setup, inspections, software management/administration and reporting to drive excellence across all quality facets of the project.

You Will:

  • Lead all Quality assurance efforts for the project at hand.
  • Project setup, user roles, and communication plans to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct daily snagging inspections and oversee QA checklist submissions.
  • Manage software security access, business devices, trades, workflows, and form templates.
  • Manage various reports for Project Managers on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Work with clients and associates during client snags and handover processes.
  • Conduct weekly QA and progress meetings with site managers to maintain quality standards.
  • Manage tracker templates to monitor project progress effectively.

We’re Looking For:

  • Experience of working in a quality manager/assurance role within the building construction sector.
  • Experience working with Grade listed and/or new building projects as highly desirable.
  • High level of experience in using and administering Field View activities.
  • Ability to cope effectively with complexity and change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to effectively plan, organize, delegate and control the work process.
