Ardmore have been at the forefront in delivering hundreds of major projects across London. We have established a major reputation for delivery of large-scale phased regeneration schemes. Some of our iconic projects include the Corinthia Hotel, Churchills Old War Office and the Greenwich Peninsula. We build homes, offices, hotels, schools, medical centres, parks, playgrounds – every facility our great city needs. And we do it with passion. With sensitivity. With style!
The Project: We’re reshaping the Kensington skyline with West Cromwell Road – a bold new development delivering 462 contemporary homes across seven architecturally striking buildings, including a dramatic 33-storey tower – one of the tallest in the borough. Built above a live Tesco store and car park, the project features a remarkable feat of engineering: a 1,500-tonne steel transfer structure that allows the new buildings to rise seamlessly above the existing site. It’s a standout example of innovation, design, and complex construction coming together in one of London’s most prestigious locations.
