This programme is designed to attract and nurture the next generation of talent across key disciplines, including Design, Commercial, HSQE (Health, Safety, Quality & Environment), and Project Management.

Whether you’re a recent graduate or looking to start your career through an apprenticeship, this is a unique opportunity to develop your skills, gain hands-on experience, and work on some of the UK’s most exciting construction projects.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking ambitious, motivated individuals who are eager to make an impact in the construction industry. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Graduates: A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline).
  • Apprentices: A strong interest in construction and a willingness to learn, with relevant qualifications (A-Levels, NVQs, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for problem-solving.
  • A commitment to quality, safety, and innovation.
