Job Description

And we do it with passion. With sensitivity. With style!\\nCurrently we are looking for a skilled MEP Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of M&E construction from design, procurement, delivery and commissioning.

In this dynamic position, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that every system works flawlessly and that all installations meet the highest standards.\\nThe Project:\\nThis is a fantastic Grade 2 listed cut and carve project based in the heart of London and we will be transforming the existing Edwardian building into a high-end commercial and mixed-use space.\\nMain Responsibilities:\\n * You’ll be responsible for clear communication between M&E consultants and onsite delivery teams ensuring the project meets client expectations.\\n * In addition, you’ll be preparing detailed progress reports for management and the client, maintaining up-to-date M&E drawings, and ensuring all stages of delivery are documented meticulously to meet regulations and standards. Your leadership will be essential in guiding projects from concept to completion, ensuring all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality.\\n * You’ll strategise, plan, and witness all commissioning activities, ensuring every test and inspection is performed to perfection. Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing design variations, advising on system functionality, and managing subcontractor performance.\\nWe’re Looking For:\\n * Demonstrable experience in a similar MEP based role working for a main contractor or reputable building services contractor.\\n * Proven track record in managing M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) commissioning activities from design to final handover.\\n * Experience overseeing subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and managing timelines and deliverables for new build and/or cut & carve schemes.\\n * SMSTS\\n * Relevant Degree or Building Services qualification in Mechanical or Electrical.\\n * Practical knowledge of Fieldview and 4 Projects\\n * Knowledge of the industry standards, UKPS, UKPN, BT fibre requirements for installations\\n * Knowledge of current legislation: Health and Safety requirements, building regulations, NHBC site specific requirement\\nExample of Company Benefits (Dependent on role level)\\n * Competitive Maternity, Adoption & Paternity Pay scheme\\n * Medical Cover (Most pre-existing conditions are covered) – Dependent on role level\\n * Competitive holiday allowances, starting with 25 + bank holidays and going up to 29 days + Bank holidays (dependant on length of service), Day off on your birthday also included!\\n * Competitive pension scheme to help you for when you retire\\n * Life Assurance (Paying 4* your salary)\\n * Relevant professional membership fees paid and continued support with your professional growth and Learning.\\n * Generous Staff referral scheme, paying up to £3,500\\n * The opportunity to save up to 25% on your bike via the Cycle to work scheme\\n * Discounts on 100's of retailers and Gyms\\nFurther Information About the Role\\nKindly be aware that this advertisement for our job vacancy may not encompass all assigned duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the role described.
