Ardmore is seeking an experienced Lift Installation Manager to join our team on the prestigious Cambridge House, Mayfair project on a freelance/contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the lift contractor to ensure the installation is delivered safely, efficiently, and without disruption.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the lift contractor throughout the installation phase.
- Review design information, drawings, and installation plans to ensure all requirements are in place.
- Coordinate site logistics to enable the lift contractor to carry out works without delays or obstruction.
- Monitor progress against programme and identify any potential risks or issues early.
- Escalate delays, design concerns, or site-related issues to the project team as required.
- Maintain accurate records of progress, communications, instructions, and any ongoing issues.
- Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth coordination of works.
- Ensure works are carried out in line with health and safety, quality, and programme requirements.
- Support the delivery team by providing regular updates on lift installation progress and key milestones.
