The Project: We’re leading the spectacular transformation of the iconic Forum Hotel in South Kensington, breathing new life into one of London’s most recognisable landmarks. The project includes the full refurbishment of 903 guest rooms, stunning new public areas, and a complete redesign of the exterior – blending the building’s original character with bold contemporary upgrades.
Main Responsibilities: As our Document Controller, you’ll ensure the lifeblood of our projects—documentation—is organised, up-to-date, and easily accessible for the team. You’ll create efficient filing systems, manage trackers, update information via platforms like 4Projects, and assist with critical deliverables such as Health & Safety Files. This role also involves providing training, raising orders, and supporting the smooth running of our project offices.
We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience working with 4 Projects
- Ideally worked for a Main contractor in the building sector
- Experience working with handover of projects.
- MS Office 2016 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience working with an engineering or construction company
- Strong administration skills
- Fast and accurate IT skills
