We are seeking a talented and driven Videographer to join our growing creative team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes visual storytelling, thrives under pressure, and enjoys turning ideas into high-impact video content. You will work across a wide variety of projects, including commercial campaigns, tourism and hospitality, property showcases, and high-end automotive productions. While this role is primarily office-based, flexibility is possible depending on current projects, and there will be opportunities to travel for international shoots in locations such as Spain and Portugal.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and deliver high-quality video content with quick turnarounds and strong attention to detail.
- Assemble raw footage using transitions, motion, effects, and strong sequencing to build engaging narratives.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals and ensure content meets expectations.
- Work with our internal creative team to develop and refine ideas from concept to completion.
- Perform colour grading and confidently work with log footage.
- Carry out both videography and photography when required.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent technical understanding of video production and post-production workflows.
- Confident with colour grading, log footage, and technical problem-solving.
- Strong communicator, comfortable speaking with clients directly.
- Ability to work to deadlines and deliver with speed and consistency.
- A valid driving licence.
- A strong and relevant portfolio.
- Motion graphics or After Effects specialist-level ability.
- Knowledge or experience in 3D animation.
- Understanding of VFX, compositing, and technical post-production techniques.
