Ardingly College Swim School is seeking an experienced Swimming Teacher to provide weekend swimming and/or ad hoc weekday sessions, as required by the Swim School Manager. The role involves delivering lessons for all ages and abilities.
Responsibilities
Provide weekend swimming and/or ad hoc weekday sessions according to the Swim School Manager’s schedule. Deliver lessons to swimmers of all ages and abilities while ensuring their safety.
Qualifications
- High level of experience teaching swimming.
- Excellent class programming and instructing skills.
- Sound knowledge of safety requirements for lesson delivery.
- Self‑motivated, able to work well in a busy team environment, and able to communicate effectively with swimmers, parents, and fellow teachers.
- Qualified to ASA Level 2 or equivalent as a minimum.
