As part of the Technical Event Support Team, you will deliver and support all technical aspects of productions, performances, events and venue operations across Ardingly College. You will work closely with the Theatre and Technical Events Manager to produce high‑quality production values and maintain event venues and equipment across lighting, sound, video and stage management disciplines.

Responsibilities
This is a hands‑on role requiring a technician capable of independently running productions, supporting large‑scale events, and contributing creatively and practically across all aspects of technical theatre and live event production.
Working Hours
Hours of work: 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Flexibility in working hours will be required to meet the demands of productions, events and College operations, including evenings and weekends.
