Ardingly College has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to join the Estates department. The post-holder will lead a team of tradespeople and supporting staff, ensuring the needs of the College are met and high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained. Main areas of responsibility will include: Leading on and managing the Estates helpdesk function Providing clear and regular communications to the Maintenance team and wider College community Managing and overseeing all aspects of the Maintenance department Contractor management This role reports to the Estates and Sustainability Manager. The salary is £45,000 per annum plus call-out allowance. All employees are eligible for free meals when working and have access to free gym and other leisure and wellbeing facilities.
