Ardingly College is seeking to recruit an experienced Groundsperson responsible for maintaining amenity and horticultural areas to a high standard throughout Ardingly College and Great Walstead School.

The successful candidate will work as part of the Grounds Team to maintain and develop both schools' extensive sports facilities, landscaped areas and wider estate to the highest possible standards. Responsibilities include the day-to-day preparation and upkeep of sports pitches and outdoor spaces through activities such as mowing, aeration, fertilising, line marking, renovations and repairs, as well as supporting school events, fixtures and external lettings.

Closing date: 5.00pm on 22 September 2026, although applications may be considered upon receipt.

Ardingly College is an independent co-educational boarding and day school for boys and girls aged 2-18, a member of the HMC and a school of the Woodard Corporation.
