Ardingly College is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic individual who is technically able and highly motivated to join the Academic Systems Team to support the administration of the systems. The post holder will report directly to the Senior Deputy Head and will work closely with the SMT, SMT Admin team, and other College Admin teams.
The roles is offered on a fixed term, part time basis for the academic year 2025-2026. Flexibility regarding hours of work can be discussed at interview (see later ‘terms and conditions’ regarding suggested hours).
There will be a handover period with the current post-holder, and appropriate training/support for the person appointed into this role.
Hours of Work: 16 -24 hours per week. There is an expectation that 16 hours will be based in the College’s Academic Office. Flexibility is possible with regard up to 8 further hours worked from home. This role will work 42 weeks per year (term time plus additional weeks during the school holidays).
Rate of Pay: £11,390.77 – £17,086.16 per annum (depending on number of hours worked)
