Job Purpose

Join the client solution team to work directly with senior distribution and IR professionals, gaining experience in fundraising, client servicing, and the full client lifecycle across institutional and private wealth investors. You will be a key point of contact for LP queries and contribute to investor acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and prioritising the pipeline of queries from existing local investors in the UK & Ireland, ensuring fast and accurate responses.
  • Co‑ordinating with senior team members and across the global platform to resolve queries efficiently.
  • Preparing and updating marketing & data room documents, cash flow projection presentations and fund performance reporting.
  • Fund benchmarking and competitive analysis.
  • Drafting notes from quarterly investor meetings.
  • Sales enablement, ad‑hoc quantitative analyses & modelling, and drafting due‑diligence questionnaire responses.
  • Assisting on ad‑hoc reporting, fundraising and distribution topics as they arise.

Specialised Business and Technical Knowledge

  • Very strong numerical abilities.
  • Foundational understanding of accounting principles, financial modelling and private markets mechanics (Private Equity, Secondaries, Infrastructure, Private Credit, Evergreen Funds).
  • Strong financial and data analysis skills with the ability to draw clear insights from complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint essential; coding and reporting automation skills highly valued.
  • Familiarity with private markets fund structures, performance metrics, and investor reporting.

Education and Experience

  • University degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline.

Communication Scope

  • Internal: daily interaction with Managing Director & Analysts in the London Client Solutions team, the broader UK IR Team, and other Ardian teams such as Fund Finance, Investment Team, Legal Team, Compliance Team, and IT.
  • External: Investors, intermediaries, data provider platforms, and administrators.
