Job Purpose
The Investor Relations (IR) department, comprising over 120 professionals, oversees fundraising across all Ardian asset classes and manages investor relationships.
This strategic role will work closely with the global Head and COO of the IR team, contributing to the department’s growth at a leading private equity firm.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the production of Investor Relations fundraising materials for the weekly team meeting (120+ participants, including the Global Head, COO of IR, and heads of different expertise).
- Report to the
- Executive
Committee: produce the monthly Executive Committee presentation (Sales Committee), ensuring the process is well anticipated, smoothly managed, and sent on time to Legal.
- Regularly update all corporate‑related documents.
- Support the IR Global Head and COO on strategic requests.
- Produce ad‑hoc fundraising and reporting documents; assist in organising meetings and events; contribute to fundraising statistics.
- Act as the primary Ardian contact for secondary sales of Ardian funds, coordinating with external and internal stakeholders to manage the secondary sales process and meet targeted deadlines.

- Excellent academic qualifications with relevant coursework from a leading university or business school.
- Fluent in English.
- A first internship in a similar role or in a fast‑paced environment.
