The position, based in London, is within the Fund Finance Private Credit team, split between Paris and London.

The main mission is to control, analyze, and monitor the funds under management and their investment vehicles.

The role will specifically cover the following areas:

  1. Calculation and analysis of the performance of investments and funds;
  2. Automation of various reports and controls carried out by the team;
  3. Review of the administrator’s work during quarterly closings;
  4. Preparation and review of internal and external reports (for investors);
  5. Centralization and validation of financial information before internal or external communication (in collaboration with Investor Relations);
  6. Monitoring of investments and asset disposals in support of the investment team (and in collaboration with the internal legal department), and implementation of control files;
  7. Liaison with internal and external stakeholders for the organization of information, financial, and accounting flows, including:
  1. Front Office with offices in Paris, London, and Frankfurt;
  2. Administrators based in Luxembourg and France;
  3. Service providers in Luxembourg, London, and Paris (auditors, depositaries, banks);
  4. Internal departments (legal, treasury, valuation, compliance) across multiple locations including Paris, London, Luxembourg, Tokyo.
  • Monitoring structures and all financial flows using specific tools (notably Efront).
