We’re looking for an experienced Head of Technical Services to lead our Technical Services function across ARDEX and Building Adhesives. This is a senior leadership role focused on driving technical strategy, developing a high-performing team, supporting customers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring technical excellence across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Technical Services team
- Drive technical strategy and continuous improvement
- Act as the senior technical expert for complex issues and specifications
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer Services
- Support product launches, compliance and customer confidence
- Site presence required across Stoke and Haverhill, with flexibility to be based at either location.
