Ardeta Search are excited to be partnering with a globally recognised photography studio to hire a Studio Assistant Manager into a hands-on, high-exposure role in North West London. This is a brilliant opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-paced creative environment, supporting shoots, clients, and the day-to-day running of the studio.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting studio operations and shoot days — including set-up, pack-down
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and freelancers
- Assisting with bookings, quotes, and studio scheduling
- Managing stock, maintenance, and studio standards
- Overseeing general operations including maintenance, errands, and supplier coordination & organising equipment
- Updating systems (calendar, spreadsheets, systems)
- Supporting shoots — and running smaller ones independently when required
- Keeping the studio maintained to the highest possible standard (clean, organised, client-ready at all times) & keep everything flowing
