The Role Overview: This is an In-House entry level graduate commercial property manager position designed to provide full exposure to commercial property management within a close-knit team. You’ll work directly with experienced surveyors and report into senior leadership gaining experience across the full lifecycle of property management. This is a practical, varied, and people-facing role — no two days are the same.
What the Role Involves: This is a highly varied, hands-on role offering exposure across the full spectrum of commercial property management. You’ll be involved in:
- Property inspections and site visits
- Building and managing tenant relationships
- Supporting lease negotiations and renewals
- Coordinating refurbishments and asset improvements
- Assisting with the re-letting of vacant units

Stakeholder-Focused: Working closely with tenants, contractors, agents, and solicitors. Collaborating with internal marketing and management teams.

Candidate Profile: We are open on background but are ideally looking for someone who is:
- Degree educated, preferably in Property or Real Estate
- A recent graduate or early in their property career
- Ambitious, driven, and focused on long-term progression
We would also consider:
