Ardeta Search is proud to be partnering with a highly successful, privately owned business in Sheffield that has grown into a market leader within its industry over the past 30 years. As part of their continued success, we are working closely with their CEO and C-Suite to identify an Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support their leadership team and ensure seamless operations at their Sheffield HQ.
The Role
This is a pivotal role that provides high-level executive support while also overseeing office management responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The right candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage diaries, schedule meetings, book travel arrangements, and handle expenses for the CEO and directors.
- Office Management: Oversee office operations, including supplies, maintenance, and vendor management to ensure a smooth-running workplace.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
- Finance Administration: Support with invoice processing, expense tracking, and liaising with accountants should busy periods require it.
- HR & Compliance: Coordinate staff onboarding and maintain HR and compliance records.
- Project Coordination: Support business projects and manage communications with external stakeholders.
- Event Management: Organise company meetings, events, and corporate functions.
- General Administration: Handle confidential correspondence and provide ad hoc support as required.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience as a PA, EA, or Office Manager within a fast-paced business is preferential but equally open to an ambitious individual who is looking to get into a role like this.
- Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Confident working autonomously, taking initiative, and problem-solving efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Discreet and professional, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
