Ardeo Search has been appointed to search for a VP of Sales / Chief Revenue Officer at a fast-growing energy technology business. This is a rare opportunity to be the commercial leader at a company that's genuinely changing how flexible energy assets are monetised across global power markets. Now they need someone to grow the sales machine.

You'll report directly to the CEO, own revenue growth end-to-end, and grow a sales organisation. The platform sits at the intersection of software, optimisation, and energy market access — helping IPPs, Gen-Tailers, and utilities unlock value from their flexible assets. The sales cycle rewards genuine expertise, not pitch decks.

  • Lead complex enterprise deals with trading, commercial, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Build and scale a high-performing sales team and repeatable land-and-expand process.
  • Work closely with the Board to shape commercial strategy and market positioning.

You've led sales at VP or Head-of level in energy tech, power markets, or related B2B SaaS. What it doesn't yet have is the commercial infrastructure to scale.
