The Firm handles both investment treaty and commercial arbitration, often acting for investors in proceedings against major nation states on matters relating to a variety of sectors. Individuals should have experience in investment treaty arbitration, ideally acting on the investor side. Experience acting for clients in the Firm’s sectors of focus would also be advantageous in this role.
