There are very real progression opportunities on offer for an ambitious mid to senior level pensions associate with partnership aspirations, at this growing, mid-market, international firm. The firm has a clear strategy for growth and has had a very successful 12 months. They are highly regarded, and ranked within all of their key areas of expertise.
The pension practice covers the full spectrum of pensions work, including contentious, with limited transactional work. Clients include trustees, employers, public sector organisations and charities, through to high net worth individuals.
In addition to broad ranging pensions experience from a recognised pensions practice, suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate an aptitude, and willingness to get involved in client management and development and marketing initiatives and activities. The team is close knit and supportive and it is important that newcomers are team players who are happy to ‘roll their sleeves up’ and get stuck in and are happy to take on mentoring and management with more junior members of the team.
The firm has excellent training and development programmes, and for those on partnership track there is additional support and mentoring available at every step of the process.
