This highly successful upper mid-market firm, headquartered in London and widely recognised for its strength in the corporate, technology and energy sectors, is seeking to appoint either an established partner or a first‑step partner to lead and grow its pensions capability.

The firm acts for numerous global household‑name clients, and its London office operates as a full‑service practice, consistently topping the rankings in its core areas.

The national pension practice currently has a strong advisory focus, and the firm is keen to build on this foundation within its London office.

With an expected following of around £750k+, this role represents an exciting and genuinely rare opportunity for a partner to shape and expand a practice within a firm known for its innovation, forward‑thinking approach and deep commitment to DE&I.

The successful candidate will benefit from a significant flow of internal referrals, strong cross‑disciplinary support and the ability to generate work from the firm’s extensive client base, creating a compelling platform for long‑term growth and impact.

Before moving into recruitment, Jane practised as a pension solicitor and now specialises in legal recruitment at associate and partner level.

She has extensive experience supporting both first‑time and established pension partners through lateral moves, including assistance with business plans, lateral partner questionnaires and preparation for internal partnership processes including board‑level interviews.
