Leading international law firm is seeking an associate or senior associate to join its London Corporate Tax team. The role offers exposure to a broad and high-quality corporate tax practice, with a particular focus on real estate and infrastructure investment, funds and capital deployment, and complex joint venture and platform structures.
Work will include advising on the tax elements of domestic and crossâborder transactions, fund structuring, M&A and investment activity across a range of asset classes, often involving multiâjurisdictional elements. You will work closely with colleagues across corporate, finance, funds and disputes teams, as well as with international tax specialists, encouraged to handle sophisticated and highâvalue matters.
The role combines transactional support with standalone advisory work, offering strong technical development and early responsibility within a collaborative team. Applicants should be England & Wales qualified with 2â6 years' PQE and experience advising on corporate tax matters in an international or topâtier environment. Strong technical skills, commercial awareness and an interest in business development are key.
