Responsibilities & Qualifications

The role is for a Senior Associate with 4–7 years' post‐qualified experience in DB and DC occupational pension schemes. Responsibilities include advising major schemes and sponsors on high‐profile matters such as investment, de‐risking transactions, consolidators, master trusts and pensions litigation. The position requires strong technical capability, commercial awareness and the ability to build long‐term client relationships in a fast‐moving regulatory landscape. The role also involves contributing to industry developments and supporting junior lawyers, with applications welcomed from those returning from in‐house or industry roles.
