Three months into the year, we've already supported a significant number of leading firms as they continue to expand their pensions teams across London and key regional cities. Demand remains strong at every level, and it's an exciting moment to be shaping the market and connecting exceptional talent with genuinely compelling opportunities.
We are particularly pleased to be working exclusively with the trustee of one of the UK's largest corporate pension schemes, which is seeking to appoint a senior pensions solicitor to join its leadership team. Acting as the scheme's most senior legal adviser and reporting directly to the Board, this role offers a rare opportunity to step into a position of real influence and strategic impact.
It will appeal both to experienced in-house pensions lawyers ready to move into a leadership role or make a lateral move, and for counsel or partner-level solicitors in private practice looking to move into a high-profile, commercially focused position within a major corporate group.
The compensation package is exceptionally competitive, including a generous benefits package (with the option to take elements as cash), car allowance, private health, a strong bonus structure and share incentives.
We are working to tight timeframes. If you would like a discreet conversation about this opportunity, please contact me via LinkedIn, email or mobile no later than Friday 13th March.
