Th e Land Referencer plays a critical role in supporting major infrastructure and regeneration projects by ensuring accurate land referencing, compliance with statutory processes, and effective stakeholder engagement. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality land and property data to facilitate land acquisition, compulsory purchase, and planning consents. Land Data management Land Plans, Order Plans, Deposited Plans and Rights of Way Plans Securing Land Access for surveys Preparation, placing and monitoring of site notices using mobile technology Land referencing experts at hearings or Public Inquiries but geospatial science, estate or property management and planning degrees will also be considered The ability to follow clear instructions to tight time frames with limited supervision The ability to be able to communicate effectively – both verbally (face to face, over the telephone and in meetings) and in writing (letters and emails) Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages including MS Word and Excel An understanding of Land Registry title plans and registers Familiarity of using GIS systems Driver / Full Driving License Thirst for Knowledge (We embrace opportunities to learn and improve for personal and professional growth) Adapt (We drive change and innovation to deliver growth and new opportunities in an ever-changing world) Ardent is an equal opportunities employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
