UK-headquartered firm is seeking a dynamic established litigation partner, or a junior litigation partner, to bolster their London disputes practice. This is not your typical litigation search, it’s an invitation to join a team that’s energised with leadership that values credibility, energy, and strategic mindset over following – which can be difficult in the context of litigation.

The litigation team stands out as a well-structured practice delivering high-stakes commercial, corporate and financial litigation services. Backed by deep sector expertise, a client-first ethos, and data-enhanced strategy capabilities, the firm is consistently well ranked in legal directories.

In line with strategic growth plans to develop the firm’s London offering across the board, and following impressive hires into other teams, there is a desire to recruit an established litigation partner, or junior litigation partner, to add further depth to the team. Leadership is realistic and pragmatic around following and the likelihood of portable practices in this area. Of most importance is a proven track record of working on high-value litigation, credibility, and the energy, enthusiasm and experience to develop and win work.

If you would like a confidential chat about this role and to understand more about the opportunity, please contact Jane Gaunt. Jane will be able to provide you with further information about this position and an overview of active and more discreet opportunities available in the market.

Before moving into recruitment, Jane worked as a solicitor and now specialises in legal recruitment. She has significant experience of helping first step and established partners make lateral moves and is able to provide support in relation to the completion of business plans and lateral partner questionnaires.
