Fixed Share Partnership Position with a leading international firm in Growth Mode. The London office of a leading international firm, home to a well‑established corporate and commercial practice, is seeking to appoint an additional corporate partner as part of its strategic growth plans and to prepare for forthcoming succession needs.
With strong sector alignment across health, real estate, financial services and technology, the team works closely with colleagues across the UK and internationally, providing access to a broad client base that includes major corporates, financial institutions, public sector bodies and high‑growth businesses.
The London corporate group handles a wide range of transactional and advisory work, including M&A, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, commercial contracts and regulatory matters. The team is well‑resourced at associate and senior associate level, enabling partners to focus on business development, client relationships and practice leadership.
