In the UK, the highly experienced team is top ranked for mid-market work, advising on high-end sponsor-side transactions across a wide variety of sectors. Clients range from start-ups and scaling companies to multinationals, as well as venture capitalists, private equity firms, investment managers, and banks.

Positions at this level rarely come up; however, due to their continued success, the leadership team are keen to bring in a Senior Associate, with a minimum of 5 years PQE. Suitable candidates will have trained and gained experience at a firm with a well-respected corporate practice and have a strong technical grounding in corporate law with a focus on Private Equity and M&A. Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and client-handling skills are essential, as is a strategic mindset with a passion for deal-making.

Due to the structure of the practice, there is a very real partnership track for the right candidate.
