A leading international law firm with a market-leading energy practice is looking to recruit a Corporate Energy Associate (circa 3 PQE) to join its London office.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside one of the UK's most respected energy partners, advising on complex cross-border corporate transactions across the oil & gas sector. The practice has strength in LNG, offshore infrastructure, FPSOs, FSRUs and FLNG projects, acting for international energy companies, developers, investors, contractors and government entities across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific.
The successful candidate will have around three years' post-qualification experience gained at a leading international or specialist energy practice, together with excellent corporate transactional experience, ideally including M&A, joint ventures and strategic investments within the energy or natural resources sectors.
