The firm already has a strong flow of work from established clients and its real estate and corporate teams. It now wants to build on that platform and is looking for an ambitious Senior Associate or first-step Partner to help set the direction.
The work
You can expect a varied mix of financing matters, including:
Borrower-side finance for family-owned care providers, often combining real estate and leveraged finance. Lender-side banking support for bridge and development finance lenders, working alongside the firm’s established real estate team. That is the current core, not a ceiling. The firm is keen to broaden its banking capability, and there is genuine scope to develop the practice around your experience, interests and appetite for growth.
The opportunity
You would have room to build relationships with clients across the firm, shape the work you pursue and develop your own profile. Partners are supportive of business development and give people the freedom to take ideas forward.
There is also a practical platform to build from: existing clients already generate banking opportunities, helping balance the freedom to grow the practice with a meaningful flow of work from the outset.
You will have the opportunity to help define how the practice develops, including the clients it serves, the work it takes on and the team it grows around it.
