We are working on a particularly interesting role for a Pensions Solicitor from 1 PQE upwards to join a highly regarded organisation operating at the forefront of the pensions de-risking market.
This isn’t a traditional private practice pensions role.
You will be working on significant de-risking transactions, alongside experienced pensions and investment professionals, with exposure to the commercial, strategic and legal considerations that determine how transactions are structured and executed.
The opportunity should particularly appeal to a pensions lawyer who enjoys the pace, complexity and deal-driven nature of transactional pensions work and wants their next move to give them a different perspective on the market.
You will need credible, hands-on pensions de-risking experience and a strong technical grounding. Just as importantly, you should be someone who genuinely enjoys transactions, working towards a deal, solving issues as they arise and collaborating with different stakeholders to get it over the line.
